Package Details

Weekday event hours: morning setup until 9:59pm.
Friday or Saturday event hours: morning setup until 11:59pm.
Sunday event hours: morning setup until 10:00pm.
Full weekend rental: Friday morning until 11:00am Sunday; overnight accommodations not included.
Use of largest red barn, downstairs only.
Ceremony seating for up to 200 people with white chairs.
Reception seating and tables for up to 200 people with black chairs.
Use of bar for caterer.
Dining, head, buffet, round, rectangle, cocktail, and accent tables included.
Large bridal suite with hair and makeup stations, restrooms with shower, living room, TV, and refrigerator.
Separate grooms area with TV, poker table, basketball court, and games.
Use of property for photo opportunities, ample parking, and onsite restroom facilities.
Ceremony and reception seating setup included with venue-owned tables and chairs.
One-hour onsite rehearsal timeslot Thursday before event.
Day-of-event site staff assistance.
